I don't have time to update now but expect a big update in the near future.

Good Morning folks. A lot has happened recently. I turned 22 on Thursday and I celebrated a very special holiday on Friday. My favorite boys ever stayed with me for a few days. It's always nice seeing Jesse, Steven, Larry, Matt, and Dustin. Also, a special shout out to Matt for putting together my oh-so-ridiculous dresser. Also, you must buy the new My American Heart album when it comes out. You'll want to shake your bootay, it's good shit. I promise.



I got an internship at Atlantic Records this summer in New York City. I can't even explain how excited I am. Thanks to Katie, Alex, and Tony for putting in a good word. What else? Oh, Bamboozle in a couple weeks. I bought my ticket yesterday! This year made a complete 360 for me. I think it's going to be a great year now. Mackinac Island will be missed this summer. I'll hopefully take at least one trip to my homeland. The picture above is the Grand Hotel, I spent majority of my childhood there. Mackinac has my heart. You all should take a trip there at some point in your life.

I think my effort goes unnoticed at times. I love my friends. I don't know what I would do without Alysia, Daniele, Di, Jac, and Anna. I'm so lucky to have such wonderful people in my life.

April showers bring May flowers. Life is beautiful.

Re-evaluating who I want in my life. Wishing some people would understand boundaries. Wishing some people noticed what they're doing. Wishing some people cared. Unfortunately these wishes won't come true. What to do, what to do?

I've made some friends recently who I think will be in my life forever. I'm going to be sad when they leave. It'll be back to the same old lonely Los Angeles that it used to be. Oh well, I'll be getting a break soon. I'm moving to NEW YORK CITY this summer! I am soooooooooooooo excited! I'll be living with Karina and spending a fabulous summer with her, Erynn, and Emilie. Who could ask for more!?

OH and I'm getting a MacBookPro next week. Videoooo chat. Woo!

Good news...she called. My mom, step dad, and brother will be visiting me from April 4-11th and my dad might come next week! Family is exactly what I need right now. Yesterday I got a call from my mom telling me that my cousin EJ has Leukemia. Absolutely unbelievable, it's things like this that make me question who we have looking out for us, if anyone at all. Today we found out he has ALL, which is the 'better' kind, so he's starting chemo and he's going to fight off this terrible disease. He's such a strong kid. I know he will make it through this.

On the brighter side, Los Angeles is beginning to grow on me. All I need is to take a deep breath occasionally and have some more 'me' time. I need a good influence. I need to focus. ...This weather is unbeatable though. 93 degrees today, woooo!

I'm thinking about starting a weekly movie night. Only those as interested in film as I are allowed to join. BAM!

Also, I'm moving again. Courtney and I are adding an addition to our family. Anna "Rose" Kern will be moving in with us and to make room for her we are relocating a few blocks down into a three bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse. It'll be nice. The more the merrier.

Me, Jac, Di, Taryn, and Michelle took a day trip to Vegas on Saturday for the TBS/Armor/Underoath show. Stories and pictures will be posted soon.

Oh and I did my first modeling gig the other day. Kiara is such a fantastic hair stylist; the shoot was to promote her extension so she made my hair long and beautiful. I'm so happy she chose me to take part in the extravaganza. Jac took amazing photos as always. Mel and Di were, well, Mel and Di, my favorite Mom-Daught combo ever. And Thea made my face look, umm, flawless? Hence why she works on the set of Heroes and Ugly Betty, she rules. It went really well. I'll post pictures as soon as they're finished.

I've been walking around faceless, not knowing where I was going. But now I'm back on track, wide-eyed, and ready for what's to come. We all have bad days; mine just dragged on for a bit too long. I knew it would all get better, and it has. I am doing great in school, I've learned to communicate better and I've confronted problems which needed to be confronted, and I've learned to focus on making myself happy first. I'm a people pleaser and sometimes I get lost in making others happy and forget the importance of satisfying my own needs.

I'm getting a new phone today so it'll be much easier to contact me; I know you've been dying to do so. I’m hoping my voicemails will still be there. I keep thinking that I haven’t heard from her because I don’t have a phone. She HAS tried to call, right?

I’ve met a lot of wonderful people lately. Hopefully they’re as great as they seem. I’m down for a few more lifelong friends. Alysia beat me in Wii bowling the other day, she’s the first person to do so, but I did get my high score a few days before that, 247, throw THAT over your shoulder now (inside joke).

Haven’t been to any movies in a while. I miss doing that. I enjoy my alone time. Peter Pan came out on 2-disc DVD. I’ll be purchasing that today. Also, I’ve been dying to see Titanic lately, I have no idea why, but I’m yet to find someone to watch it with me. So if you’ve been experiencing the same Titanic craving as I have, call me up and we’ll sit down and weep together.

My car went nuts on me the other day. The steering is all screwed up and the speedometer stopped working. Pretty scary. It’s in the shop though so hopefully they’re nursing her back to live. I miss my baby. Since she’s been gone I’ve realized how much I appreciate her, and because of this new found realization once I get her back I am going to get a soaped up sponge so I can scrub the hot sauce of her behind.

Vegas this Saturday. I get to feed my gambling addiction. Woo! Great times with great people. I’m extremely excited for this short excursion north.
